Ms. Hadeel Saleh Kamel

Ms. Hadeel Saleh Kamel - Vice Chairman of AMIC since 2010.
She also occupies other positions which are:
 Vice Chairman of New Ismailia Co. for development and urban development.
Board member of Ismailia Misr Poultry.
Board member of Dallah investments.
Ms. Kamel has many previous experiences as she was Vice President for Egypt and North Africa in Arab Digital Distribution-ADD, Manager of Development and channels affair of Arab Digital Distribution-ADD.And she is the Managing Director of Arab Media Distribution-AMD.
Ms. Kamel occupies as well the position of Vice President for planning and development of Arab Media Company-AMC, and the Managing Director of Dallah Albaraka Egypt for Investments and Development.
Ms. Hadeel Saleh Kamel has Saudi nationality and she holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration year 2000.

Mr. Tarek Fahmy
Chief Executive Officer & Managing Director
Mr. Tarek Fahmy, Egyptian National, holder of Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, Cairo University and has over 35 years of diversified local and International experience, working with global organizations such as DHL, Promoseven, Citibank, Dallah Al Baraka…etc. During those years Mr. Fahmy has headed different businesses such as Financial Institutions/Correspondent Banking, Operations, Credit and Marketing, Relationship Management, Financial Control, Trade, Cash Management ,Retail Banking, Lease and Mortgage Management and lastly as the CEO and MD of A.T. LEASE. He is also the MD of A.T.Securitiztion and a board member in Egyptian Saudi Insurance House and the chairman of The Egyptian Leasing Association and the Chairman of the Egyptian Leasing Federation and a Leasing Consultant to the FRA. Mr. Fahmy received more than 28 international courses, diplomas and seminars in Corporate Credit, Marketing, Risk Management, Treasury, Operations, Selling and Negotiation Skills, Management Workshops, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Retail Banking Products, Investment Banking, Lease and Mortgage Management…etc in addition to one of the most sophisticated Harvard University courses; Investment Appraisal, Project Finance and Risk Analysis. He has acquired many international awards especially during his 18 years as the Vice President at Citibank Egypt. As the CEO & MD of A.T. LEASE. Mr. Fahmy has taken the company (A.T. LEASE) from an idea in 2006 to be on top of the leasing industry in Egypt and the only Leasing and Factoring Company in Egypt Listed in the Egyptian Stock Exchange.

Mr. Khaled Abou Heif
Mr. Khaled Abouheif – Managing Director of AMIC for Investments since 2011, and Chairman FMCG for trading & Distribution Company, he is vice Chairman Perfect Spinning Company , Vice Chairman Dar Al Fouad Hospital (DAF( ( non-Executive) as well as Board Member in Egyptian Capital Market Association (ECMA) since 2008 .
He also played a considerable roles in his occupation to various Board Positions as Al Yousr water Desalination and Purification , Al Rabie Poultry , Misr Arab for Broiler production , AT. Financial Holding ,as well as Gomla Trading Company , and also United Co[any For investment & Real Estate Development .
Mr. Abou Heif led distinguished career as the Managing Director of Commercial International brokerage Company (CIBC) . Board Member CI Capital , Mr. Abou Heif Led CIBC to rank first among Brokerage Companies . Also Mr. Abou Heif played an influenced Role as a Board Member of Misr For Central Clearing, Depository & Registry (MCDR) as well as a Board Member Egyptian Investors Protection Fund (EIPE).

- Mandated in 2010 to work in Syria as Country Sector Head of Credit.
- Mandated in 2019 to Remotely Consult and Participate in the Development of AlBaraka Lebanon and Bahrain Credit Policies.

Current Position:
Head of Minister’s Office Sector – Ministry of Finance –Arab Republic of Egypt
- Mr. Amgad Mounir has held the positon of Head of the Sector of the Finance Minister’s Office since 2014.
- He is considered the longest serving Senior Deputy Minister among other officials of All departments of the Ministry of Finance, if not all state’s administrative functions as whole.
- He has a work history of more than 36 years in the Ministry of Finance, full of diverse experiences in the areas of reviewing budgets and final accounts for all governmental organizations, financing, managing the operations of financing the state’s general budget in terms of bonds and treasury bills, dealing with local and international funding institutions, and managing portfolios and assets, business evaluation, strategic planning and change management.
Career Experience:
In 2014: Appointed Head of the Sector of the Minister’s Office, holding this position to date.
In 2010: Appointed Head of the Central Administration for Finance in the Finance Sector.
In 2005: Appointed Director General of the Minister’s Office Sector.
In 1998: He was promoted to the position of Senior Researcher in Finance and Investment in the Finance Sector.
In 1992: He was promoted to the position of Second Researcher in Finance and Investment in the Finance Sector.
In 1985: He joined the Ministry of Finance as a Third Researcher in Finance and Investment in the Finance Sector.
